Rock-solid thermostatic control keeps temperature within plus or minus one degree for consistent results every time. Ten different cooking modes to choose from - besides special modes for bread proofing and dehydrating - guarantee you will be able to produce the ultimate cooking condition for any recipe. Modes like the innovative Roast function which brings the oven temperature up to 500 F for the first 20 minutes to sear the outside of the meat. When the temperature probe is used, the WODU30 Oven will automatically turn off when the internal temperature of the meat reaches the pre-set temperature you determined. The four pane, metallic coated glass door remains cool to the touch and prevents additional kitchen heat. Oven maintenance is a breeze with the self-cleaning mode, letting you enjoy more time cooking and less time cleaning.
