This restaurant quality range is equipped with standard features that meet the high expectations of the finest chefs. The cooktop features six of the most versatile and well designed residential burners available and the sealed cooking surface is easy to keep clean. Four high output 17,500 BTU burners combine with two 12,500 BTU burners to deliver remarkable cooking performance. These patented Dual Flow Burners can also provide consistent low simmer temperatures - as low as 140 degrees - ideal for cooking delicate sauces. The grates are sturdy cast iron sections that remove easily for clean up and create a seamless surface that allows pans to transfer smoothly between burners. The 18,000 BTU cooktop grill features an advanced Grease Management System that reduces flareups. Food cooked on the grill section achieves the same flavor as food cooked on an outdoor grill. The intense radiant heat from the ceramic rods caramelize juices that are brought to the surface of the food, giving it that barbecued flavor. The primary oven offers an expansive 5. 3 cubic feet of cooking space while the 2. 2 cubic foot secondary oven is ideal for smaller duties.
