These patented Dual Flow Burners can also provide consistent low simmer temperatures - as low as 140 degrees - ideal for cooking delicate sauces. The burner grates are sturdy cast iron sections that remove easily for clean up and create a flat, even surface allowing pans to move smoothly between burners. The 18,000 BTU cooktop grill features an advanced Grease Management System that reduces flareups. Food cooked on the grill section achieves the same flavor as food cooked on an outdoor grill. The intense radiant heat from the ceramic rods caramelize the juices that are brought to the surface of the food, giving it that barbecued flavor. The large 4. 7 cubic foot Self-Cleaning Oven accommodates full size commercial pans and has three adjustable racks that glide effortlessly on the Roller Rack System for safe and convenient maneuvering.
