The DCS RGU486GDN Range features a cooktop with six of the most versatile and well designed residential burners available and the sealed cooking surface is easy to clean and maintain. Four high output 17,500 BTU burners combine with two 12,500 BTU burners to deliver remarkable cooking performance. These patented Dual Flow Burners also provide consistent low simmer temperatures - as low as 140 degrees - ideal for cooking delicate sauces. The built-in cooktop griddle is made from Type 304 stainless steel with a highly polished cooking surface and provides 17,000 BTU of cooking power. The primary oven of the DCS RGU486GDN Range offers an expansive 5. 3 cubic feet of cooking space while the 2. 4 cubic foot secondary oven is ideal for smaller duties. Both ovens have adjustable racks that glide effortlessly on the Telescopic Racking System for safe and easy maneuvering. The Convection Oven feature actively pulls and redistributes heat creating uniform temperature throughout the oven and a glass-sealed infrared broiling burner evenly distributes high-intensity radiant heat producing truly professional results.
