These patented Dual Flow Burners also provide consistent low simmer temperatures - as low as 140 degrees - ideal for cooking delicate sauces. The power, performance and precise control is simply astonishing. The sealed burners sit beneath smooth, solid cast iron grates that make transfer between burners effortless. The DCS RGU366N Range has a large 5. 3 cubic foot oven that accommodates full size commercial pans and has three adjustable racks that glide effortlessly on the Telescopic Racking System. The Convection Oven actively pulls and redistributes heat for more uniform temperature throughout the oven and a glass-sealed infrared broiling burner evenly distributes high-intensity radiant heat creating professional results.
