These patented Dual Flow Burners also provide consistent low simmer temperatures - as low as 140 degrees - perfect for cooking delicate sauces. The built-in cooktop griddle is made from Type 304 stainless steel with a highly polished cooking surface and 17,000 BTU capability. The DCS RGU364GDN Gas Range has a large 5. 3 cubic foot oven that accommodates full size commercial pans and has three adjustable racks that glide effortlessly on the Telescopic Racking System. The Convection Oven actively pulls and redistributes heat creating uniform temperature throughout the oven and a glass-sealed infrared broiling burner evenly distributes high-intensity radiant heat providing professional results.
