Three high output 17,500 BTU burners combine with two 12,500 BTU burners for amazing cooking performance. These patented Dual Flow Burners can also provide consistent low simmer temperatures - as low as 140 degrees - perfect for cooking delicate sauces. The sealed burners sit beneath solid and evenly connected grates that make transfer between burners effortless and the sectional design makes them simple to remove and clean. The DCS RGU305N Range has a large 4. 6 cubic feet of oven space with three cooking racks that use the Telescopic Racking System for easy maneuvering and positioning. This top quality range features three cooking modes with a Convection Oven that actively pulls and redistributes heat creating constant temperature throughout the oven.
