Four high output 17,500 BTU burners combine with two 12,500 BTU burners to deliver remarkable cooking performance. These patented Dual Flow Burners can also provide consistent low simmer temperatures - as low as 140 degrees - ideal for cooking delicate sauces. The grates are sturdy cast iron sections that create a seamless surface allowing pans to transfer smoothly between burners. The 12,000 BTU cooktop grill features an advanced Grease Management System that reduces flareups and food cooked on the grill section achieves the same flavor as food cooked on an outdoor grill. The primary oven of the DCS RDU486GLN Range offers an expansive 4. 7 cubic feet of cooking space while the 2. 0 cubic foot secondary oven is ideal for smaller duties. Both ovens have adjustable racks that glide effortlessly on the Telescopic Racking System for safe and easy maneuvering. The Convection Oven feature actively pulls and redistributes heat creating uniform temperature throughout the oven producing truly exceptional results.
