The sealed burners sit beneath solid level grates that make transfer between burners effortless and their sectional design makes them simple to remove and clean. This restaurant quality range features a Self-Cleaning Convection Oven to actively pull and redistribute heat creating uniform temperature throughout the oven and the flexibility of three cooking modes.
