DCS Ovens: The DCS wall true convection oven provides 3.5 cubic feet of oven space with 3 large halogen interior lights. The oven's slider rack system allows for easy access while placing food, removing food or even testing the temperature with the included cooking probe. DCS Ovens have 10 cooking modes True Conv, Conv Bake, Conv Pastry, Pastry Bake, Roast, Broil, Maxi Broil, Conv Broil, Warm, and Self Clean.
