The DCS Gas Range patented Dual Flow Burners allow for consistently lower simmer temperatures as low as 140 degrees. Features of the DCS 48 Inch Gas Range are 4,5, or 6 Sealed Dual Flow Burners™ (patented), 17,500 BTU Burners, available with 18,000 BTU Grill, Griddle or both Sealed Range Top, 5.3 Cubic Feet of Space in Primary Oven, Convection Oven, 3 Oven Racks with 4 Positions, and the range has a Wok Ring included
