Patented Dual Flow Burners
Where chefs need a faster time to boil, they also need complete control when simmering. The DCS Patented Dual Flow Burners deliver consistent low simmer temperatures - as low as 140 degrees.
Roller Rack System
The DCS Roller Rack System is designed with four different rack positions. Oven racks adjust and glide effortlessly providing a safer and easier cooking experience.
Sealed Cooking Surface
The DCS sealed cooking surface makes clean up quick and easy.
Electronic Ignition
DCS professional gas ranges are equipped with burners typical of those used in restaurants. All the cooktop burners have electronic spark ignition to eliminate continuously burning pilots; when the burner is on and the flame is blown out, it will relight.

Love gone bad!
I purchased this range almost four years ago and have loved it - until today. One of the heating elements just "burned like a sparkler" and, even though that was a major disappointment and something I did not expect from such an expensive range, the real frustration is that the replacement part is on back order! Here it is the holidays and I have NO oven. I really expect more when I pay a small fortune for something!! Is that too much to ask?
