Full Description: The DCS 36 inch gas grill features three 25,000 BTU U-shaped stainless steel burners that maximize your cooking options. Enjoy a 638 square inch main cooking surface with lasting double-sided cast stainless steel cooking grids. The 14,000 BTU infrared rear burner functions perfectly for infrared grilling, and the included rotisserie kit can accommodate up to 50 lbs! The smoker tray features a dedicated 3,500 BTU burner for added cooking perfection. The removable warming rack features a spacious 241 square inch, stainless steel warming area. Each burner brings the promise of top performance with Flame Taming, Ceramic Radiant Technology. The 9-volt battery ignition keeps startup simple, and the 50-watt halogen Smart Beam bbq grill light adds visibility while you grill. The DCS CAD grill cart is constructed of 18 gauge, 304 grade stainless steel and features a pull-out Propane tank storage bin, one small drawer for holding grilling tools, and one large drawer for holding larger items such as wood chips or grill cover. Every DCS grill is handcrafted and constructed entirely of heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel. The larger drawer can also be filled with ice to keep drinks or meats chilled. Enjoy the added benefits of extra flavor in your food with the built-in smoker drawer and burner designed just for smoking.

The Grease Management System (36" and 48" grills only)
DCS's unique Grease Management System features heavy duty cast stainless steel u-channeled cooking grids that angle slightly toward the front of the grill. This design allows the excess grease, that normally falls down to the burner causing flare-ups, to instead drain away from the flames and into the drip tray for easy disposal.
