Full Description: The DCS 30 inch gas grill features two 25,000 BTU U-shaped stainless steel burners that maximize your cooking options. Enjoy a 553 square inch main cooking surface with a lasting stainless steel cooking grid. The 14,000 BTU infrared rear burner functions perfectly for roasting, and the included rotisserie kit can accommodate up to 50 lbs! The removable warming rack features a spacious 195 square inch, stainless steel warming area. The flame taming device brings the promise of top performance with Ceramic Radiant Technology. The 9-volt battery ignition keeps startup simple, and the 50-watt halogen Smart Beam bbq grill light adds visibility while you grill. The DCS CSS grill cart is constructed of 18 gauge, 304 grade stainless steel and features a LP tank access door with condiment shelf, a fold down side shelf with removable serving tray, one locking swivel casters and two 8 inch wheels with stainless steel hubcaps. Every DCS grill is handcrafted and constructed entirely of heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel.

The Grease Management System (36" and 48" grills only)
DCS's unique Grease Management System features heavy duty cast stainless steel u-channeled cooking grids that angle slightly toward the front of the grill. This design allows the excess grease, that normally falls down to the burner causing flare-ups, to instead drain away from the flames and into the drip tray for easy disposal.
